Can anyone tell me how to get that horrible blue background color off of my blog for Mac users? Is it a different HTML code or is there a standard white code that all systems know? On PC in Explorer it's white as well as if you open it on Safari on Mac, but not Mac Explorer. I don't want anyone to think I chose that nasty blue intentionally....it's hideous!
Thinking and praying for those at The Peach...loads of motion with people coming and going, things getting stolen, and with the anticipation of moves to come... it's always exciting around there, now isn't it! Wishing I could be in two places at one time because I would love to give Chelsea
a huge hug and stick my tongue out at her in person! Hang in there you; you are so strong and are being allowed to be challenged and tested at such a young age...somebody must think very highly of you, I know I do!
Have been spending the last few days with Christine and taking advantage of girl time since her husband has been off on a hunting trip. Going out on the town two nights in a row was perhaps a bit too much for my system; as now I'm feeling a bit sluggish and perhaps getting sick. It was worth it however--the first night we went out to NoDas neighborhood theatre to see a hip-hop group called "The Others"( I went to Jr. High with one of the members), and last night went out to the Steeple to see a band from Wales called "dynamic Dresden" perform, and it just so happens that we went to High school with the lead singer. Cool to see old class mates from back in the day in such a different context enjoying life and music.
In Charlotte, once again, and so far so good. My sister Wendy graduated yesterday from UNCC with a finance degree, and a "big girl" job waiting for her starting after Christmas. We're all very proud of her-- and had a nice southern soul food after party to celebrate. My brother Matthew was even able to make it after just getting back from being in Mexico for 6 months; so it was also a reunion! Congrats Wen, I love you and am so proud of you!
